Our Story
ChurchScheduling.com didn’t start in a boardroom—it started in the pews. We are a team of software developers who are also active volunteers. We experienced firsthand the frustration of endless email chains, last-minute cancellations, and the administrative burden that distracts from the actual mission. We saw brilliant people hesitate to serve simply because the logistics felt overwhelming.
We knew there had to be a better way.
Driven by a shared vision, we spent months analyzing the ecosystem of church service from every angle—from the stressed team leader managing spreadsheets to the hesitant volunteer worrying about burnout. We poured our free time into building a solution that doesn’t just manage dates; it respects people’s time.
