The application has been designed to make the scheduling process almost seamless.
Using this application, team admins will no longer have to spend hours each month trying to put together a fair and balanced schedule.
Define the events, number of people needed in workgroups, scheduling rules and availability, and the application takes over from there.
The automatic scheduling engine (which is scheduled to run every few minutes) will then create the necessary event dates, assign appropriate volunteers, and send email notifications to remind the volunteers of their schedules.

Furthermore, volunteers will have the ability to accept, decline or check assignments via the web or text messaging. The unique features that have been built into this application truly set it apart from any other volunteer scheduling system online.
