PENDING – get unconfirmed date(s) within the next 10 days
YES – confirm an assignment date (usually requires the workgroup instance id that is sent in the reminder)
NO – decline an assignment date (usually requires the workgroup instance id that is sent in the reminder)
NEXT – get the next schedule date (used after the SCHEDULE command)
DISABLE – disable text messaging alerts/notifications
ENABLE – enable text messaging alerts/notifications
HELP – get the list of SMS commands
